ReDiscover Sandhills is a neighborhood planning effort orchestrated by Richland County to evaluate the constraints and opportunities of Pontiac, South Carolina.  This effort is utilizing the residents and businesses of the Pontiac area to determine a future vision for growing business in the area, enhancing residential living, and improving infrastructure throughout the community.
