ReNew Pontiac - The Pontiac Neighborhood Master Plan

Renew! Pontiac is a neighborhood planning effort orchestrated by Richland County to evaluate the constraints and opportunities of Pontiac, South Carolina.  This effort is utilizing the residents and businesses of the Pontiac area to determine a future vision for growing business in the area, enhancing residential living, and improving infrastructure throughout the community. Use the links below to be a part of the planning effort by reviewing draft documents, submitting comments, taking surveys, and seeing when the latest public meetings are taking place!

Community Input

This planning effort is heavily dependent on public engagement to determine recommendations and a future vision. So much in fact that there is a separate Community Engagement Plan (CEP). Find the CEP below outlining all the community input opportunities along with the materials from completed public engagement activities.
