ReDiscover Sandhills- The Sandhills Neighborhood Master Plan

ReDiscover Sandhills is a neighborhood planning effort orchestrated by Richland County to evaluate the constraints and opportunities of Pontiac, South Carolina.  This effort is utilizing the residents and businesses of the Pontiac area to determine a future vision for growing business in the area, enhancing residential living, and improving infrastructure throughout the community. Use the links below to be a part of the planning effort by reviewing draft documents, submitting comments, taking surveys, and seeing when the latest public meetings are taking place!

We are in the final stages of adoption. See the draft plan links below and watch for Plan Commission and Council adoption meetings in May 2021.
